On behalf of our client, a world leader within the Oil & Gas industry, we have an exciting 12-month Contract opportunity open to residential candidates ONLY residing in Darwin, Northern Territory for an Administration Officer.

  • General administration support
  • Coordinating meetings
  • PPE ordering
  • Ordering stationery
  • Data entry
  • Processing site access forms
  • Laminating and coordinating documents
  • Received telephone enquiries
  • Maintaining filing system

  • Confident Microsoft Office skills – Word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Attention to detail – maintains up-to-date and accurate records
  • Proactive and enthusiastic work attitude
  • Team focused, as well as the ability work autonomously
  • Proactively adhere to and promote the Client/Company workplace values and behaviour, exercising tolerance and respect for diversity

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview.

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
