Brunel Australasia are seeking several Change Analysts to join a leading Bank in Sydney or Brisbane to fulfill 3 upcoming projects.

These roles are based in the CBD with WFH flexibility, and are being offered on a 12 contract basis with possible extensions available.

We are currently seeking Change Analysts for upcoming projects in the following areas:

1. Project to work on the launch of a new credit card for business customers: To work on the launch of a new credit card for the business customer, mapping lending origination processes and systems.

2. Workplace Transformation: Responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the program. This program will assist the bank in relocating several locations into one new location in the Sydney CBD.
3. Integration – Technology stream: Reporting to the Change Lead, this role is pivotal to successfully communicating and engaging through change. They are required to prepare and enable the technology integration stream for change to realise maximum benefits and achieve future state technology deliverables. Key responsibilities of this role will include identifying change impacts, building the required change and communications management plans, principles and tools for change initiatives, and provide support to key internal stakeholders to help instill change in their ways of working.



1. Project to work on the launch of a new credit card for business customers:• Demonstrated experience in doing detailed analysis in order to identify potential changes across people, process and systems
• Expertise to co-ordinate and engage with stakeholders to conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments (CIAs)• Work with Senior Change manager to document mitigations for change impacts and create change plan
• Under guidance of Senior Change Manager execute change plan including drafting communications, coordinating training etc• Preferably Sydney based
2. Workplace Transformation:
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies/general change analyst skills• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Experience in workplace transformation projects/ building moves etc.• Will work closely with Senior OCM
• Sydney based
3. Integration – Technology stream: • <5 years' change and communications management experience
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies • Effective stakeholder facilitation and influencing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Experience in working in a financial services environment or a similar multifaceted organization• Experience working on tech transformation programs of work
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle• Sydney, Melbourne of Brisbane
