We are currently having opportunity for Change Lead for our leading client into power sector, for either Delhi/ Bangalore location but remotely working. Also this would be 6 months contract on company payroll

  • Strong change management capability with a demonstrable track recording of delivering complex change programmes across multiple geographies;
  • Shared Services Transformation change management experience including HR, Finance and IT;
  • Development and execution of key change management activities (employee communications, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis and employee engagement;
  • Experience gained working in a global, matrix organisation is desirable;
  • First class communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders;
  • A data led approach with strong analytical ability;
Excellent organizational and planning skills combined with a proactive, approach and problem solving led approach.
