About this role

We’re hiring a CMMS Business Process Lead for our client in the natural gas industry to join their leading and growing team! This is a long term, 24-month contract opportunity where you will develop a detailed CMMS business process implementation and support Business process focal point and CMMS project manager.


  • Implementation of business process to approx. 150 – 200 people. Across multiple locations. Staggered implementation in line with project delivery
  • Process scope covers processes connected to SAP, particularly plant maintenance. The intent is SAP to be accompanied with digital and mobile technology.
  • As a team member candidate will participate in team meetings and progress reporting.
  • Support and development of practical application with processes and procedures in a ‘fit for purpose’ in line with the asset management system.
  • Assist in creating and keeping up to date dashboards to give the CMMS project manager, Head of Maintenance and Asset Director progress insights per various control areas.
  • Business readiness testing and scenario creation support.




  • Degree or Technical diploma in Engineering, business or similar field project management
  • 5+ years of experience in business process training and improvement preferred in petrochemical industry or similar
  • Solid understanding of CMMS systems, SAP preferred
  • Well-versed and interested in digital data and mobile technology
  • Proven stakeholders (internal and external partners) engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with technical writing an asset
