About this role

We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager for a healthcare device client for a 12 month contract onsite in Kanata, ON

Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Project management accountabilities for complex major reinforcement/replacement projects requiring interactions with various members of the team which will include the management of the construction phase.

Interact/negotiate with other utilities, municipalities, developers, consultants and Distribution Operations/other functional groups, to resolve any conflicts

Work with Construction Superintendent and Alliance Partner to assess scope changes, address invoice resolutions and variance reporting.

Work closely with Alliance Partner to effectively develop, communicate and coordinate the scheduling of projects.

Maintain and manage the capital project tracking system for scheduling and financial analysis

8+ years experience in the same role
