Brunel have partnered with our Client, a leading Australian contract mining company with projects throughout Australia and Southeast Asia in search of a Data Entry Administrator

This role will be supporting the Finance Team and be located in the Perth Corporate Office and require the following:

  • Ensure all customer calls and email are addressed in a timely manner with attention to detail
  • Accurately monitor and record the day to day activities of mobile equipment including accurate cycle and time usage events to ensure data integrity
  • Ensure all relevant documents are submitted efficiently and accurately on time for processing
  • Other ad hoc AP functions if and when required (credit card processing, fuel card processing)
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to customers and Macmahon personnel
  • Match invoices to Purchase Orders prior to entry
  • Ensure all major accounts are reconciled and followed up on a monthly basis
  • Processing and reconciliation of data, ensuring that payments made are accurate and on time
  • Management of supply accounts from invoice entry to reconciliations



Ideally, the successful candidate would have the following:

  • 2-4 years data entry experience, ideally in a Finance environment
  • Experience or understanding of SAP and/or Main pack
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
