About this role

Brunel have partnered with one of Australia’s leading Mining Operators to successfully recruit and A Field Technician. This position will be offered on a 8:6 rotation, from Perth to site, on an initial 6 Month contract, with the view to go staff for high performers.

    • Collect drill samples and arrange for dispatch
    • Daily acquire data entry
    • Interactions with field crews to ensure all works required are undertaken or planned for
    • Daily sample drop offs at site Laboratory
    • Entry and closure of hazards into BMS
    • Daily reconciliation checks
    • Liaise with mining departments regarding interaction between work groups
    • Maintenance of various vehicle spreadsheets
    • Stock and stationary monitoring, maintenance and organization of the storage containers
    • Physically fit and demanding role



    • Previous field experience
    • Manual C Class Drivers Licence - mandatory
    • Apply First Aid - mandatory
    • 4wd Training - mandatory
    • Police Clearance (within 6 months) - or ability to apply for one



    • FIFO from Perth
    • 8:6 12 hr shifts

    After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
