We’re hiring a Global Research & Cost Specialist - GBS for our client, a leading oil & gas company, to join their growing team. This is a permanent position in Bangalore location.

  • Supports the development of Total Rewards (benefits, compensation, and retirement) strategy, programs, and policies;
  • Identifies internal and external data sources for model simulations and competitive analysis;
  • Conducts regular global internal rewards (including compensation) analysis;
  • Analyzes external compensation, retirement, and benefits market benchmarks against current practices;
  • Evaluates internal rewards equity across key demographics and benchmarks;
  • Assists with regulatory compliance and documentation, including compensation information;
  • Scouts and establishes relationships with global, regional, and local rewards partners in partnership with the Total Rewards COE;
  • Researches and proposes total rewards updates based on leading practice findings and competitive market analysis;
  • Assesses impacts of changes to rewards strategy and policies;
  • Utilizes analytics and reporting to align Total Rewards programs and policies with budget requirements;
  • Collaborates with Total Rewards COE and the Business to define Hitachi’s Global Total Rewards Strategy ;
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for rewards research and cost modeling inquiries.
