The Senior Manager/Associate Director will lead economic modeling activities, including Health Technology Assessment (“HTA”) modeling (comparative effectiveness), within the HEOR group. The Senior Manager/Associate Director will be responsible for developing the strategy and tactical plan for the development of reimbursement dossiers (both US and ex-US) as well as Budget Impact Models (“BIM”) and Cost Effectiveness Models (“CEM”). Cross-functional collaboration and effective communication will be key for this role. The Senior Manager/Associate Director will be responsible for presenting both US and Global results to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Work collaboratively with medical affairs, regulatory, market access, marketing and other functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and/or agencies to develop and update Global Value Dossiers, AMCP Dossiers, CEMs and BIMs for the US and ex-US countries.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants to ensure timely completion of high-quality projects aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Design, implement, and manage HEOR projects, including but not limited to:
    • Retrospective database analyses.
    • Health economic models.
    • Budget impact models.
    • Literature searches and systematic reviews.
  • Identify appropriate data sources to support the projects outlined above.
  • Review and quality check economic models, including indirect treatment comparison models, comparative effectiveness frameworks and models, BIMs and CEMs, as well as research plans and protocols for economic analysis and targeted reviews, economic reviews, and data extraction.
  • Communicate study plans, study methods and results to internal teams.
  • Present health outcomes research findings at scientific congresses and participate in the development and writing of manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals



  • Master's degree or PhD in Health Sciences, Economics, or Health economics.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a health care setting (consulting/pharma/government).
  • Experience in quantitative health outcomes, health economics and systematic reviews are strongly preferred.
  • Some technical skills i.e., economic modelling, mathematics and econometric skills in order to validate/quality check.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with all other MS Office Products.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Methodical, disciplined, diligent, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage initiatives that require collaboration across multiple functional areas.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task and effectively prioritize assignments.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • 10% - 15% travel will be required after COVID-19 concerns are mitigated
