We’re hiring a HR Communication Specialist for our client, a leading company, to join their growing team. This is a Permanent position based in Bangalore/ Bengaluru location.

What you’ll be doing

The HR Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, creation, implementation, and maintenance of HR communications templates and solutions. They prepare internal communications to be published across different communication channels and analyze responses to determine the most effective methods to reach out to employees and managers.

What you bring to the team

We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the vision. Some of the skills and experience we look for includes:

  • Develops and delivers communications material to specifically employee and manager audiences;
  • Creates templates and train users on communication methodologies;
  • Identifies, creates, stores and provides access to portal content in a secure shared environmental infrastructure aligned with a portal content management strategy;
  • Maintains and manages content, structure and permissions on the employee and manager portals;
  • Analyzes existing channels and methods to reach out effectively to employees and managers;
  • Develops and provide templates that align with HR strategy;
  • Delivers communications to targeted audiences (e.g., benefits enrollment, performance management review window);
  • Administers and support communications programs;
  • Develops communication programs and strategy.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
