About this role

A dynamic and exciting offshore wind company is seeking an Installation Manager that will be responsible for supervising the transportation and installation of IACs. This position is perfect for proven engineers and project managers with 5+ years of experience and an eye for details. International travel and/or offshore attendance may be required.

Job Responsibilities

The primary job responsibilities will be split into the following categories:

Engineering

  • Develop/Implement the T&I engineering plans as well as the Installation Management Plan.
  • Manage contractor activities, FEED works, CVA approval process, etc.

Procurement

  • Assess the technical compliance of bids by preparing technical documentation as required.
  • Analyze bidder's program of work.
  • Complete emissions checks, assurance checks, and risk assessments.

Project Management

  • Support implementation of the ACP Project Management Plan.
  • Develop resourcing plan for T&I work and manage offshore employer representatives.
  • Coordinate all package specific interface tasks.
  • Review, approve and manage Contractor's procedures, engineering studies, and analysis on multiple projects.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Project Engineer, Installation Manager, Installation Engineer or similar role.
  • Proven technical background with installation of offshore cables.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
