  • Provides functional support to the company Offshore Installation and Commissioning departments in order to ensure project HSE systems are fully implemented and HSE objectives are achieved;
  • Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with Contractor and among the Project Team;
  • Develop strong working relationships with Contractor and Sub-contractor HSE personnel and liaise daily with Contractor HSE personnel to ensure the effective implementation of all Project HSE requirements;
  • Monitor Contractor daily activities and performance and provide scheduled reports on Contractor performance to the company Head of HSE;
  • Perform, in a regular basis, Health & Safety inspections in compliance with company HSE;
  • PTW, compliance check lists, policy and expectations, Comply/ Intervene/Care check lists);
  • Ensure timely review of HSE related construction and commissioning documentation such as risk assessments, JSA, method statements and lift plans etc;
  • Ensure that Contractor effectively implement the Company 10 Life Saving Rules Program (or equivalent) at Contractor work site and intervene, record and report to line manager, when violations are observed;
  • Participate in incident investigation and provide information to relevant line management;
  • Stop every activity that can lead to an incident or injury of personnel and ensure that the risk is controlled before work is continued;
  • Monitor Contractor site lifting activities. Review of applicable lifting plans. Attend all critical lifting activities. Perform lifting gear and equipment inspections, and check if they are in line with the inspection and colour coding.



    • Safety qualification at degree/diploma level, discipline diploma or Professional Occupational Safety accreditation or equivalent. Industry Lifting and Rigging qualification distinct advantage8+ years of offshore major project experience;
    • 5+ years of experience in similar position;
    • Strong experience in providing HSE support services for pre-commissioning, commissioning & operation etc. of offshore oil &gas projects;
    • Offshore heavy Lift experience essential;
    • Extensive experience in offshore HUC;
    • Experience subsea pipeline installation;
    • Experience in offshore construction, installation activities.
