Brunel Energy Australasia are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter. This role will be based out of our client’s operations in Narrabri, NSW. This is an exciting permanent opportunity to work for a company that pursues excellence, fosters innovation, commits to safety and puts their customers first.

This is a local opportunity working Monday – Friday, 38 Hours per week, potential for overtime is available and is driven by activity around harvest. Occasional overnight trips will be required to travel to West Wolgah, Tamworth and the NSW/QLD Border. A pool vehicle will be available to use when travel is required

Requirements

The Maintenance Fitter will be responsible for fault finding, diagnosing, maintenance, breakdowns, upgrades and servicing Grain Machinery and Farm equipment. We are looking for someone who has a solid background as a Fitter Turner/Boilermaker.

• Trade Qualified – Mechanical/Fitting & Turning or similar • Experience with fault finding, repairs to mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Computer literate• Self-Motivated and Reliable
• Comfortable Working at Heights and Confined Spaces • Current HR Licence (preferred)
• Current Drivers Licence
