We’re hiring for Maintenance lead for one of the leading client into oil & gas to join there growing team. This would be 18 months contract on Company Payroll. Job Location is Rajasthan

Ensure the practice and observance of Quality Health, Safety and Environment Assurance system / programmes established by the Company.• Act as System Administrator for the computerized maintenance management system.• Ensure compliance to HSSEQ policies, MAPP Policy, procedures andguidelines during activities.
• The promotion and enforcement of continuous improvement initiatives andInternational Industry best practices through engagement of all stakeholders.
• Ensure that the company’s provided Maintenance KPI‘s are achieved 100% ie. Overall Plant Availability, Critical Equipment Availability, PreventiveMaintenance (PM) Overdue, Critical Function Testing (CFT) Overdue
Ensure Condition Based monitoring and health checks are carried out, lead the RCA for any breakdowns and necessary close out.• Ensure that Regulatory surveys as stated by Directorate General of MinesSafety (DGMS) are undertaken in a timely manner before their final due date.• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant and machinerypermanently installed on the facility and for temporary plant, fitted for specific
tasks, and shall issue Standing Orders to ensure its safe and efficient operation.• Responsible for the management of all maintenance tasks, the plannedmaintenance system and unscheduled repairs that may be necessary on the
plant and machinery.• Be familiar with the Process plant, Well pad operation, Rotating & staticequipment and shall ensure that the maintenance staff are adequately trained
in their safe operation and maintenance.• Responsible for execution of all third-party services, checking equipment,certificates of conformity including maintenance records and histories to ensure that they comply with certificate of fitness.
• Be fully conversant for the operational and maintenance of the Medium/ high Voltage (33 KV / 11KV and 6.6KV) and Low Voltage normal, essential and emergency distribution systems, including synchronization and switching.• Be fully conversant with Centrifugal Compressor operational and maintenancepractices. Including all auxiliary equipment functions and maintenance
requirements.• Be fully conversant with Screw type (dry) Compressor operational andmaintenance practices. Including all auxiliary equipment functions and
maintenance requirements.• Be fully conversant with Propane Refrigeration operational and maintenancepractices. Including Compressors and auxiliary equipment functions and
maintenance requirements• Ensure having knowledge of safety requirements, including work permitsystem, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and
instructions, and will ensure that the facilities maintenance staffs are aware of,and understand them.• Responsible for ensuring the timely ordering of stores and spares andmaintenance of sufficient on-board stock levels, to ensure that the Facility’s
operational capabilities and safety are not jeopardised• Lead in major repairs, modifications/ Management of Change and External &Internal Audits. Responsible to keep the Facility Operations Department fully
informed of Facility status and all notifiable occurrences.• Act as the ‘Area Authority’ for all operations in the technical/maintenancedepartment requiring a work permit. Shall ensure that all safety precautions
are taken, and that the work is carried out in a safe manner. May appoint asuitably qualified person to act as ‘responsible person’ in his place. Ensure
isolations are carried out as per the isolation certificate• Review and Issue written work instructions specifying the person in charge of the job / repair / etc
. Ensure all hot works activities are well planned mindful of all hazards in view.All precautions mentioned in the risk assessment are implemented.
• Ensure all the equipment for emission measurement are tested, calibrated andrecord shall be kept. Keep record of equipment operation and all emissions to
atmosphere.• Keep record of fuel consumption in each of the equipment under his authority.



BE Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent or Diploma Having experience ofMaintenance Oil & Gas Plant of at least capacity of 135 BOEPD.
Having Experience of Gas Turbine of 15 MW (preferably) and shall have experiencein power plant operations.Ten (10) year experience in oil & gas industry, a minimum 3 years of which needs to have been gained in similar roles/positions. Diploma engineer with 3 years additionalexperience required.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of process equipment.• Experience with Safety Management System and Computerized MaintenanceManagement System.
• Strong personal and interpersonal skills.
