About this role

  • To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other HSE procedures in all EPCIC activities;
  • To carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices;
  • To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality;
  • To ensure consistence and correct interfacing with other Interfaces during the various phase of EPC, detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation and animate dedicated transverse coordination between packages as required to ensure all requirements for clear definition of Batch 2 EPCIC scope of work are met;
  • To ensure timely review of documentation by COMPANY interfaces to identify clashes/conflicts;
  • To maintaining MPI tool and KPI in coordination with Interface Lead;
  • The job holder shall manage and expedite Package interface activities as per Project Interface Management procedure. The job holder shall contribute to the resolution of interface issues by clarifying battery limits, building realistic action plans and managing these interfaces until their close-out;
  • The job holder shall liaise with other interface engineers, all discipline engineers involved in the management of interfaces, and with Batch 2 contractor personnel handling interfaces. The job holder shall also make sure that non contractual interfaces (i.e. interfaces between different subcontractors of Batch 2 contractor) are properly addressed by CTR;
  • The job holder shall organize and/or attend technical interface meetings as necessary;
  • The job holder shall, in the performance of his duties, anticipate interface-related problems and propose technical solutions. As such, he/she contributes to the achievement of project objectives in terms of schedule, cost and quality.

About you

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering;
  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas project;
  • Experience within a project team: At least 5 years’ experience within large multinational taskforce team environment;
  • Work experience in structural engineering.
