About this role

Brunel Australasia are seeking a Senior Organisational Change Manager/Lead to work on the Data Platform aspect of a Banks Data Platform and Open Banking programs.

This is a long-term program, with the opportunity to be based in either Sydney or Brisbane, with 50% work from home flexibility.

Requirements

The Data Platform aspect of the project will be responsible for delivering two operating models.

Firstly, for technical operations to ensure underlying technology platforms are supported in BAU.Secondly, for business operations to ensure that the bank remains CDR compliant. It will require the embedding of data strategy objectives (i.e. effectively driving adoption of data democracy across the business).

Experience of embedding of a hub and spoke (federation) model that requires the business to take more responsibility for data-related initiatives, tool usage, data governance.

Exposure to large data migrations / transformations.

Experienced in CDR and/or Open Banking would be advantageous but not essential.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
