About this role

• Build and support drilling department support tools including rig schedules, cost trackers, and performance analysis reports. Develop custom scripts to optimize tools;• Administer/develop department LAN and SharePoint systems;
• Serve as interface between Engineering team and COMPANY IT ;• Monitor technical databases and generate reports per Engineering team requirements;
• Liaise with other groups within the Company to maintain effective documentation management and archiving requirements;• Support the Engineers in building data analysis tools and generating performance reports;
• Create novel programming/digital solutions to support D&C department priority to “drive digitalization”;• Other specific duties related to D&C Technical Administration as assigned by the D&C Performance Lead .



Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Business Skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English;• Experience with programming in VBA (Excel macros); CSS and Javascript (SharePoint dev and workflow automation);
• Experience with dashboard development in SpotFire; awareness of related technologies – PowerBI, Tableau;• Experience working in an agile/iterative environment (user-centric, scrums, adaptive) ;
• Working knowledge/awareness of Python or equivalent scripting/statistical analysis language (e.g. MATLAB, R);• Working knowledge of PowerQuery, SQL queries or other common data technologies;
• Power user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);• Peloton Wellview and/or SAP experience is preferred;
• Concern for high quality delivery, initiative, flexibility, taking ownership, team work and co-operation are the key competencies.
