Brunel’s client has an immediate need for a Pharmacovigilance Veterinarian to become a part of a respected organization focused on the health of pets and livestock. This is a contract position with a strong possibility of extension.

  • Analyze and interpret safety complaint data sets for products and signals to make recommendations for risk mitigation/management
  • Provide support for internal business partners by providing appropriate scientific interpretation of data
  • Ensure an accurate representation of the data collection and analysis process to internal customers.
  • Develop medical assessments for individual adverse event reports and the development and maintenance of the associated training process for pharmacovigilance team members
  • Provide interpretation of PV requirements/regulations
  • Liaise with industry associations and/or regulatory authorities when needed



  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree (DVM)
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Detailed and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of current post-marketing product safety regulations
  • Effective time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collect data
  • Demonstrated veterinary practice and/or previous industry experience in Pharmacovigilance or Regulatory Affairs.
