Brunel has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Advisor – Business Improvement working for our client who are a global mining company located in Salt Lake City, Utah

They are looking for a Principal Advisor – Business Improvement to provide support to their site’s leadership teams in the form of strategy and tactics, system design, change facilitation, teaching and coaching of lean tools to surpass our business goals on a sustainable basis, while leveraging employee engagement.

  • Relevant manufacturing experience in lean and business improvement
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and engaging employees
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree,
  • Travel within and outside the US will be required (when safe to do so)

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
