Brunel is currently seeking a Program Manager for direct hire with our client located just South of Syracuse, NY.

The Program Manager will be part of the their consumer productions division and will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects from development through production acting as the primary point of contact with the customer and project team. Overall responsible for project time and meeting financial targets.

  • Collaborate with internal and external management teams to plan, develop and direct projects
  • Lead across functions to ensure on time delivery of the right products that meet the customer’s quality standards
  • Analyze project and identify cost saving opportunities and quality and process improvements
  • As primary point of contact with the customer, you will work to provide technical direction to the design, engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Plan and execute programs including tracking budgets, timelines and presenting status reports to clients and management



  • BS in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Mechanical or Electrical design/development skills preferred
  • Continuous improvement background (green or black belt preferred)
  • Ability to manage projects including planning, organization, decision making, problem solving, delegating and employee development
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, PLM software a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong presentation skills
  • Basic accounting and budgetary skills
  • May require some travel, less than 15% both domestic and/or international
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
