On behalf of our client, a Global High Profile Service Provider to the Oil & Gas industry, Brunel are looking for 2x Quality Inspectors for contract work from October – December in Bayswater. ASAP start required.

  • Quality Inspector contractors will support our CNC Machinist in Bayswater workshop
  • The main objective is to provide QA/QC dimensional inspection of all products manufactured to ensure 100% compliance to the manufacturing drawing
  • Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring first-off inspections are undertaken



  • Full right to live and work in Australia
  • Clean police record
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Qualified and experienced Machinist/Mechanical Fitter and/or qualified QA/QC Technician
  • Demonstrated experience and a solid working history in a similar role
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude
  • Capable of using all measuring equipment and reading material certificates
  • High level of understanding of manufacturing drawings, CNC machining operations and dimensional inspection
  • Understanding of the engraving process, surface treatment and sand blasting
  • Excellent work ethic, reliable and self-motivated
  • High degree of QHSE awareness and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised while clearly executing instructions
  • Very good computer skills

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
