Brunel is currently searching for a Sales Engineer for direct hire with our client in their consumer products division. Position will be located just South of Syracuse, New York.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing current business as well as new business development within the Home Appliance, HVAC and Power Tool industries. You will plan, develop and execute a growth strategy for current and future accounts.

  • Manage existing accounts and develop new business within the consumer production
  • Achieve new business acquisition targets
  • Lead RFQ process cradle to grave
  • Maintain CRM database
  • Assist with sales forecasting process
  • Network and collaborate globally and regionally in pursuit of new business



Requirements:• BS in Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of components/systems• Knowledge of HVAC, appliance or power tool industries preferred
• Experience working with electronics or electromechanical components preferred• Proven history in developing and successfully executing new business development and sales strategies.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, SAP preferred• Advanced communication skills, presentation skills, networking skills, relationship building skills
• This position will required up to 25% travel both domestic and international• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
