About this role

One of our clients - a fast growing industry leader in the
renewable energy space - is looking to add a Plant Manager to their team in
Houston. This role is responsible for the overall management of operations and
gas collection to the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) generation facility.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage overall operations to maximize production
  • Develop and administer site level budgets (labor/capital/expense) and P&L
  • Supervise and lead all facility staff (5-6 people and contractors)
  • Troubleshoot plant issues and make recommendations for improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Implement and maintain environmental compliance and safety programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in field
  • RNG, landfill or gas processing plant experience preferred
  • Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
  • Familiarity with PLC systems
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge and troubleshooting and repair abilities
