Brunel are seeking a qualified Storeperson / Logistics Officer for a contract role with a leading provider of end-to-end power and telecommunications infrastructure to the resources, power, utilities, and telecommunications sectors. Starting ASAP and continuing until Mid-October 2021, this is a site-based position which will operate on a 3:1 roster.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role will be responsible for:

  • All incoming and outgoing goods from Perth to site
  • Cataloguing materials onsite at each substation location and making sure stock levels are recorded accurately
  • Reconciling materials post-construction to carryover to subsequent substations, as well as post-construction, to transport back to Perth at end of project
  • Maintaining a consumables register
  • Ordering new consumables through PLP procurement process



To be successful in this role you should possess the following:

  • Prior experience in store and warehouse operations or a related role with an understanding of trade and logistics
  • Strong understanding of ERP software and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Good working attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work within a team environment and independently
  • Adherence to Safe Work Practices
