Brunel Australia have partnered with one of Australia’s leading Renewable Energy Operators, to successfully recruit and place a qualified Studies Manager, to lead the Project Concept, Pre-feasibility, Design and execution of a range of Projects in the renewable energy space in the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo)Summary: The DRC program consists of a large scale, green industry project.
Role Purpose: You will be responsible to Manage the studies, the design, and the interfaces between the different projects of the DRC program.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Process engineering)
  • Experience in managing the design, or the engineering, and the interfaces on multidisciplinary projects
  • Experience in large infrastructure projects
  • Experience in managing a team of discipline leads
  • Experience in managing consultants
  • Experience in Hydropower will be highly regarded
  • Must be bilingual, French, and English
  • Conducts business activities in an honest, forthcoming manner and follow through on commitmentsYears of Experience: 15+ years

  • Contract Type: Full time, employee of the Client, the Contract will be offered on an initial Fixed Term contract, the framework of which is negotiable depending on your requirementsSalary: Negotiable
