About this role

  • We’re hiring a Sustainability Reporting Specialist for our client, a leading company, to join their growing team;
  • This is a Permanent position in Bangalore location.

• Coordinate collection of affiliate Environmental Performance Indicators (EPI) o Primary point of contact for affiliate EPI reporters
o Host EPI reporting refresher training o Distribute reporting instructions
o Assist affiliates with EPI templates, model management, access, and uploads o QA/QC affiliate data, request comments, and verify manager approvals
o Collect lessons learnt and update training materials o Initiate tickets for technical issues related to the data management infrastructure (Database, servers, integration, analytics)
o Validate technical solutions to the system o Collect and communicate user feedback
• Support Business Line DAG (Data & Analytics Group) analysts with stewardship processes o Deep dive into affiliate EPI trends and outliers
• Respond to ad hoc request from affiliates and Operations Excellence - SSH&E (Safety, Security, Health & Environment)



Role Qualifications - Knowledge, Experiences, Training

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of Environmental Metrics, Data Management and Analysis experience required;
  • Capable of facilitating/coordinating teams across geographical regions and cultures;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • A highly motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Willing to take up additional responsibilities;
  • Technical skills with environmental data management products and databases;
  • Experience with Sphera products/applications (opsInfo, IMPACT, ESS) is preferred;
  • Proficiency with MS Office, data visualization and analytics software;
  • Experience writing and supporting advanced functions linked to SSAS (Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services) data cubes is preferred;
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VBA);
  • Experience analyzing large datasets using statistical software (e.g. JMP, R, Python, SaS, MS-SQL);
  • Experience using data visualization application (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire);
  • Experience analyzing and trending data;
  • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting data integrity issues;
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of technical information.
