We’re hiring a Technical Business Analyst for our client to join their team. This is a full-time position that offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, successful and expanding company.


Business Analyst

  • Work with customers and subject experts to design new software product/workflow solutions
  • Work with WorkFlow and teams to design and document complete solutions that are scalable to most customers
  • Work with Development Teams to design new Script Writing Development Tool that best meets requirements of Workflow teams to design efficient and scalable solutions that add value for our customers
  • Work with customers and teams on new integrations with 3rd party software and additional technologies
  • Work with Leadership and Development teams on analysis of new technologies that will drive the future direction of products
  • Work with development teams on database design requirements
  • Learn the script writing and other proprietary programs to support the teams

    Product Owner

  • Groom and prioritize the backlog of work for WorkFlow Solutions
  • Work with Leadership on integrations with additional Products, 3rd Party software, etc.
  • Work with Leadership on the direction of the overall product
  • Drive decisions regarding best practices and standards regarding solutions, development choices, and implementation
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to define scope, establish priorities and timelines, escalate problems to management, manage risks, coordinate resources, communicate statuses, and manage delivery of results

    Additional responsibilities

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with our customers, seeking to understand their requirements
  • Translate requirements and design technical solutions that meet client needs
  • Serve as project lead or in a supporting role in multiple engagements (including implementations, enhancements, new products)
  • Work with customers and project teams to develop, troubleshoot, and test software solutions
  • Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Administer maintenance & second level support for deployed solutions
  • Over time, learn and extend the library of components that are used in Workflow Solutions (components are developed using Java, SQL, and JavaScript)
  • Become an expert in Workflow Solutions, implementing and improving each solution
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements




  • 4+ years working in Business Analyst and/or Product Owner roles
  • Experience implementing best practices in developing software solutions
  • 2+ years of client facing experience (we ask for min 3 years in the Scripting job posting)
  • 3+ years working with complex databases (we ask for min 3 years in the Scripting job posting)
  • 3+ years in a Developer or Software Analyst role (we ask for min 2 years in the Scripting job posting)
  • Working knowledge of Java (or other object-oriented programming language), JavaScript, and/or SQL
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals; data structures, testing, debugging
  • Experience working in software implementations
  • Experience/skills in analyzing requirements and communicating them clearly; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Love for learning the intricacies of a domain
  • Strong working knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Windows products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to travel as needed (US, Canada, United Kingdom)
