  • We’re
    hiring a Training Lead for our client, to join their growing team;
  • This is a 6
    months and extendable contractual position and WFH.

  • The HR team within GBS is busy establishing the function, including the structure of the team, ways of working and processes. To help guide that work, there is an opportunity for a Training Lead to join the team to manage the delivery of training for colleagues as they join GBS;
  • The Training Lead will be responsible for the training plan and schedule to develop and deliver training materials. ensuring training is created with employees, users, and stakeholders of the services in mind and is developed and managed in a standard way according to brand guidelines;
  • This role will be responsible for onboarding and assigning learning projects to the Training Content Developers within GBS and monitoring progress of deliverables and signing off materials to ensure overall quality;
  • As our Training Lead you’ll design and ensure delivery of the training curriculum and pathways using a variety of formats to engage and educate colleagues. Delivery formats may include classroom-based training, webinars and digital on demand courses;
  • Directly working with managers and leaders across GBS you will identify training needs and skills gaps, localization requirements and decide on how they will be met and drive the training delivery. Training will need to cover onboarding, upskilling and embrace our culture of continuous improvement.



  • Experience of designing and implementing global training programmes coupled with a successful background working in corporate learning and development;
  • Knowledge of the latest learning and development techniques and best practices including how training effectiveness can be measured and reported;
  • An ability to manage multiple, competing priorities;
  • First class communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders;
  • A data led approach with strong analytical ability;
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills combined with a proactive, approach and problem solving led approach.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
