About this role

Brunel are seeking a Training Systems Administrator to join a leading mining services provider in a full-time role in Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone to drive improvement to learning systems, providing support to management and business units.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Use reporting tools to monitor data and assist with learning system integrations.
  • Update training requirements, prepare weekly reports and support site mobilisations.
  • Provide training to the business Learning Administrators and Site Trainers.
  • Ensure technical issues are prioritised appropriately to support end users.
  • Liaise with vendor support teams to resolve issues arising with the learning systems.
  • Work with the learning team and internal stakeholders to improve business process.



  • Qualification in Training & Assessment or Analytics.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
  • Understanding of business processes, supported by integrated learning systems.
  • Experience in business process mapping, modelling or analysis.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
